291 The Mediator and Moderator of the Effect of Emotional Display Rules on Turnover Intentions of Doctors
Tian Si-yu, Xi Yi-heng, Wang Ying, Jiang Xin-hui
This study proposes a mediated moderation model guided by the theory of the conservation of resources, which hypothesizes that workload enhances the effect of emotional display rules on the rate of burnout and turnover intentions, in order to further our understanding of how emotional job demands induce the turnover intentions of doctors. The results of a path analysis of a sample of 1,872 doctors indicate that both emotional display rules and workload influenced turnover intention through emotional exhaustion, whilst the interactive effects of emotional display rules and workload on emotional exhaustion were significant, further affecting turnover intention. The theoretical and practical implications, as well as future research orientation, are discussed at the end.

325 The Roles of Core Self Evaluation in Predicting Two Kinds of Entrepreneurial Intentions of College Students
LIANG Ming-hui,YI Ling-feng
In order to explore the impact mechanism of core self-evaluation on college students’ entrepreneurial intention, 246 seniors were investigated by using Core Self-evaluation Scale (CSES), Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy Scale and Two Kinds of Entrepreneurial Intentions Questionnaire. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to study the relationship between variables. The results showed that (1) core self evaluation is significantly related to entrepreneurial self-efficacy and two kinds of college students’ entrepreneurial intentions, (2) core self evaluation has indirect influence on entrepreneurial intention as career pursuit totally by entrepreneurial self-efficacy, (3) entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in core self-evaluation affecting college students’ entrepreneurial intention as career choice.

334 The Relationship between Teachers’ Caring Behaviors and Academic Performance in Primary School Pupils: The Mediating Role ofAchievement Goal Orientation
YANG Shu-wen, PAN Bin, SI Ji-wei
Based on the self-determined theory, 656 primary school pupils were investigated with teachers’ caring behavior questionnaire and achievement goal orientation scale, to investigate whether and how achievement goal orientation played a mediating role between teachers’ caring behavior and pupils’ academic performance. The results revealed that (1) teachers’ caring behaviors positively predicted pupils’ academic achievement and mastery-approach goal orientation, while negatively predicted mastery-avoidance goal orientation and performanceavoidance goal orientation; performance-avoidance goal orientation negatively predicted pupils’ academic achievement; (2) the partial mediating effect of performance-avoidance goal orientation was significant, while other dimensions of achievement goals were not significant.

343 Development of Randomness Cognition in Children of 7 to 14 Years
The present study t tested 771 children aged 7-14 years in three typical tasks of randomness (0-dimension distribution; 1-dimension distribution; 2-dimension distribution) cognition. Results showed dynamic changes in the development of randomness cognition, increased during the age of 7 to 10 years old andthen decreased during the age of 11 to 14 year old. Specifically, in the cognition of 0-dimension distribution randomness the ability was gradually increased between 7 and 11 years old, and then was stable from 12 to 14 years old. In 1-dimension distribution randomness cognition, the ability was increased between 7 to 10 years old, fast decreased at the age of 11 years old and was stable during the age of 13 to 14 years. However, in 2-dimension distribution randomness cognition, the ability was at low level during 7 and 14 years old. In conclusion, the present study provides new evidence for understanding the development of randomness cognition. The ability of randomness cognition was dynamically changes with age (early increase and late decrease) and this developmental profile is mainly due to the development of 1-dimension distribution randomness cognition. Age 10 and age 11 are crucial periods of development of randomness cognition.

352 Present Different Materials Randomly Can Restrain SNARC Effect
WANG Qiang-qiang, AN Bao-xia, WU Yan-wen, LAN Ji-jun
Target detection paradigm was explored in present study. Numbers range from 1 to 7 and letters range from A to G were served as experimental materials. Participants were asked to judge which character or color the presenting stimulus is to investigate influence on number’s and letter’s SNARC effect by present different character stimulus randomly and to investigate whether SNARC effect survived in different character materials. The results found that: (1) Number SNARC effect and letter SNARC effect all disappeared in the task of classifying character or color of numbers and letters. (2) Left hand was faster to letters than numbers, but right hand was faster to numbers than letters in the task of classifying character or color of numbers and letters. Left hand was faster to Chinese characters than numbers, on the contrary, right hand was faster to numbers than Chinese characters in the task of classifying character of numbers and Chinese characters. Stimulus-response compatibility effect appeared in different character stimulus. (3) We found stimulus-response compatibility effect which could be activated automatically and universality survived in processing of different stimulus’ classification. At the same time, it can restrain SNARC effect.

377 The feasibility and entry point of the research on the civil aviation pilots’ mental fatigue with Encephal of Luctuograph Technology
The Encephal of Luctuograph Technology (ET) has been widely used in the fields of clinical medicine and sports etc, as a result of its unique assessment efficacies. This study demonstrated the feasibility of applying ET to the mental fatigue research of the civil aviation pilots via an analysis of the technical principles and key assessment efficacies of ET, as well as current development of its application in the relevant fields. On the basis of the discussion that focused on the current research development, remaining problems and the necessity of carrying out mental fatigue research on civil aviation pilots, this study then put forward the main entry points of the mental fatigue research on airline pilots using ET.
