Decision Making in the Environment of Internet Mass Information: challenge and response pattern
HUANG Yuan-na, WEI Zi-han, SHEN Si-chu, WANG Xiao-tian3, GE Lie-zhong, HE Gui-bing5, LI Shu
The internet has boosted humankind into an era of information explosion. The gap between fixed brain capacity and booming internet information raises an unprecedented challenge to human judgment and decision-making. It concerns everyone of us, but there is no ready solution to this challenge with our current knowledge system. Thus, we try to structure an “in-brain and extra-brain” bionic model to deal with the extensive amount of Internet information by simulating the alternating ecological patterns of “disorderly individual actions” and “orderly group actions” that animals, such as fish, birds, and insects, exhibit. This research project plans to study human decision making in the context of Internet massive information. We examine how people utilize the two brains (brain and the internet) and three systems (heuristic, analysis, and network systems) to make ecologically rational decisions, adapt to information overload, and dispose information garbage; and how they make such decisions with the limited cognitive capacity. The project aims to deepen our understanding of decision-making mechanisms and provide systematic scientific analysis and theoretical support for making adaptive and effective decisions in the environment of Internet mass information.

Dual mechanism of servant leadership affecting employee voice behavior
DUAN Jin-yun, ZENG Kai, YAN Han
From the perspective of self-enhancement and role identity, this study focused on how servant leadership influence employee voice behavior, providing dual mechanism of servant leadership affecting employee voice behavior. By analyzing 260 paired samples from 33 enterprises in Suzhou, the results found that servant leadership had a significant positive influence on employee voice behavior. Consistent with self-enhancement theory, voice efficacy mediated the relationship between servant leadership and employee voice behavior, while voice role identity also mediated the relationship on the base of role identity theory. Moreover, perceived leader power moderated the two mediating roles of voice efficacy and voice role identity.

Transformational Leadership and Follower’s Mental Health: The Mediating Role of Work Affect
ZHANG Rui, LI Feng
The current study aimed to explore the mediating role of work affect in the relationship between transformational leadership and follower’s mental health. A field survey of 550 employees was conducted to test hypotheses. Results from structural equation modeling (SEM) indicated that 1) Transformational leadership was positively correlated with follower’s mental health and pleasant affect but was negatively correlated with their unpleasant affect 2) both high-activation and low-activation unpleasant affect were positively correlated with follower’s mental health, and high-activation pleasant affect was negatively correlated with the follower’s mental health. Moreover, these three dimensions of work affect fully mediated the effect of transformational leadership on follower’s mental health. All in all, transformational leadership has a positive effect on follower’s mental health through work affect.

TEAM FAULTLINES: A NEW PERSPECTIVE TO STUDY TEAM DIVERSITY- BASED ON MULTIPLE ATTRIBUTES
NI Xu-dong, JI Bai-le
Team faultlines are hypothetical dividing lines that split a team into two or more subgroups based on the alignment of one or more individual attributes, which has drawn researchers’ attention recently. The paper summarizes the current state of faultlines literature to the following themes: the composition of faultlines, the status of faultlines, faultline measurement and empirical findings. According to an integrated framework, the paper provides guidance for future research as follows: fualtline as a moderator, the entry and exit of team members, the interaction between information-based faultlines and social category faulitines, group context moderating the effect of faultlines and so on.

Volunteer’s Psychological Capital and Altruistic Behaviors: The Mediating Effect of Volunteer Role Identity
LI Min, ZHOU Ming-jie
To explore the relationship between psychological capital on altruistic behavior, and the mediating effect of volunteer role identity, the Psychological Capital Questionnaire, the Volunteer Role Identity Importance Scale and the Self-Sacrificial Altruism Scale were administered to 231 volunteers. The results showed that: (1) Volunteer’s psychological capital positively predicted volunteer role identity and altruistic behaviors;volunteer role identity positively predicted volunteer’s altruistic behaviors; (2) Volunteer role identity partially mediated the relationship between psychological capital and altruistic behaviors. Thus, psychological capital could affect altruistic behaviors directly, and also indirectly through volunteer role identity

The influencing mechanism of inaction inertia: A Mediated Moderation Model
SONG Ying, SHEN Wen-qing
This research aims to investigate whether other people who took a previously more attractive opportunity would influence inaction inertia. Additionally, further discussion is included to focus on the influence produced by anticipated action regret and value assessment on inaction inertia. Questionnaires and experimentation are used as methodology to test the hypotheses in this essay. A total of 842 college students (375 males and 467 females) participated in the research, with an average age of 21.77±1.98. Bootstrap of Mplus is used as the analytic method to analyze and process the data. The results indicated that: (1) Social comparison moderated the effect of chance comparison to action likelihood. (2) Anticipated action regret mediated the relationship between chance comparison and action likelihood. Value assessment mediated the relationship between chance comparison and action likelihood. (3) Anticipated action regret mediated the moderation effect of social comparison. Value assessment also mediated the moderation effect above.

Effect of empathy on behaviors of different roles in cyberbullying
JING Jiao-jiao, GAO Chuang, HU An-kai, GENG Qiu-yue
Cyberbullying has become a common issue among adolescents. Empathy is a prosocial personality, and it can predict cyberbullying effectively. Empathy influences different roles in cyberbullying, such as cyber bullies, cyber victims and cyber bystander., so as to influence the direction and scope of cyberbullying. And ognitive empathy and emotional empathy play different roles in cyberbullying. At present, the research which focuses on the effect of empathy on behaviors of different roles in cyberbullying has some deficiencies. In future studies, diverse methods shall be combined to achieve deeper exploration and comprehensive thought. Meanwhile more solid theory construction should be built to provide better guidance for the prevention and intervention of cyberbullying.

The Emotionality,Resilience, and Hardiness traits of Migrant Workers And Their Predictive effect on Psychological Health
LI Qiang, LIANG Dong, CHEN Po, XU Wei
In order to investigate the condition of migrant workers’ emotionality, resilience, hardiness traits loading and their predictive effects on psychological health, the Emotionality Scale for Chinese Adults(ES) ,the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adults(RS), the Hardiness Scale for Chinese Adults(HS), Fazio General Well-Being Scale(GWBS),and SCL-10 were administered to 559 migrant workers. The results indicated that the loadings of ES and HS of migrant workers are significantly higher than the national adult norm, the loadings of RS of migrant workers was significantly lower than the national adult norm; the emotional, hardiness , resilient traits have significant positive predictive effects on subjective well-being, and have negative predictive effects on psychological distress.

Laws of Consciousness
Tang Xiao-wei
Based on empirical facts about consciousness, three laws of consciousness are proposed. The first law states the neural four-ingredient of consciousness. The second law describes the necessary and sufficient conditions of emergence of consciousness. The third law gives the mind-brain equation of the correlation between the intensity of conscious experience and the activation level of the related brain area.
