3 Money as Social Resource Theory: Ten Years’ Review and Prospect
MO Tian-tian, ZHOU Xin-yue
Money has a powerful symbolic power. In 2008, Zhou et al. proposed a social resource theory of money to explain the negative effects of money on individual behavior. The theory holds that money can replace social relationships as a core source of personal security and pain. Money can enhance individuals’ sense of strength and efficacy, and then alleviate individuals’ social pain and physical pain. When money replaces social relationships, it can have negative effects on individuals. This theory and its supporting empirical research have been cited 718 times (Google Scholar) in 10 years. This paper reviews the theory and the new empirical evidence based on the theory, and extends and prospects the theory.

15 Applications and Prospect of Virtual Realiy Technology in Psychological Studies
ZHANGWei-zhong,LIAN Rong,XU Yan-feng
Virtual reality (VR) technology has been introduced into the field of psychology by many researchers for its ability to improve the ecological validity, condition control level, repeatability and avoid risks brought by field operations.Combing analysis of application of the latest study, wefound that VR technology in addition to be used to improve the experiment procedure, also widely used in the attention, memory and ability to execute neuropsychological test evaluation. In the clinical treatment of mental disorders, such as in the phobia, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and schizophrenia, had also achieved fruitful results.Future research can be devoted to improving the problems existing in VR technology itself, enlarging the sample size of experimental research, expending the research method and range of application, so as to provide more reliable reliability and validity evidence for VR experiment, assessment and therapy.

30 Social Comparison and Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior:Multilevel Perspective Based on Social Comparison theory
ZHANG Guang-xi1 XU Qin2 CHAN Andrew3
The purpose of this study is to understand how social comparison motivates employees’ unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB).Social comparison is reflected in different aspects:the desire for status is an indicator of individual comparison preference; the relative leader–member exchange (RLMX) is social comparison information; the leader-member exchange (LMX) differentiation is a context for social comparison. Through a two-stage survey of 407 employees in 91 teams, the study found that the RLMX, desire for status, and LMX differentiation promoted UPB. The desire for status and LMX differentiation positively moderated the relationshipbetween RLMX and UPB.

39 Relationship between entrepreneur's mental model, error learning and enterprise performance: moderating effect of dynamic environment
XUE Xian-fang, GUO Han, CHU Shan-shan, Lü Xiao-ying, MENG Qian
Based on entrepreneurial learning theory, this paper discussed the influence mechanism of entrepreneur's mental model on business performance, and tested the role of environmental dynamics. 48 The Influence of Emotion on Professional Values: the Mediating Role of Meaning Construction
YAO Chong, YOU Xuqun
In order to investigate the influence of emotions on occupational values, the mediating role of meaning construction and the moderating role of social media dependence, 938 employees were tested with Emotion Scale, Meaning Construction Scale, Occupational Values Scale and Social Media Dependence Scale. The results show that: (1) Emotionhas a significant positive impact on occupational values; (2) Meaning construction plays acomplete mediating role between emotion and professional values; (3) Social media dependence negatively regulates the relationship between emotion and meaning construction. Emotion influences occupational values through the mediating role of meaning construction, and social dependence plays a moderating role of the “emotion –meaning construction”path. To explore the relationship betweenemotions and professional values is of great significance for scientific establishment of reasonable professional values.

56 The influence of the consistency of group members' action goals on group entitativity: The moderating effect of action means’ consistency
HE Xiao?-yan1,SHAO Mei-xuan1,DUAN Ji-peng2,YIN Jun1
Group entitativity refers to the degree to which a group is perceived as an entity. Previous studies mainly focused on how the consistency of action goals influences the group entitativity. While, besides the action goal, the action means is also included in action patterns. The current research investigated how he consistency of action goals and the consistency of action means influence group entitativity. It was found that the consistency of the action goals of the members of the group influences the group entitativity, and only when the behavior occurs in the group situation and conforms to the principle of rationality, the consistency of the action means plays a moderating role in it. These results indicate that only when the goal-directed actions of group members meet the principle of rationality, people can perceive the group entitativity according to the consistency of action goal and the action means.

75 The Predictive Effect of Self-control on Sleep Quality: The Mediating Role of Rumination and Bedtime Procrastination
YOU Zhi-qi, XU Yu, ZHANG Lu, SUN Xiao-jun
The present study investigated the mediating role of rumination and bedtime procrastination in the relationship between self-control and sleep quality. A sample of 1104 college students completed the questionnaires. The results indicated that: 1) self-control significantly predicted sleep quality, rumination and bedtime procrastination, 2) self-control had a direct impact on sleep quality; rumination and bedtime procrastination mediated the predictive effect of self-control on sleep quality separately. In addition, rumination and bedtime procrastination sequentially mediated the relation between self-control and sleep quality.

83 Predictors of Individual’s Rejection Sensitivity¬: Baseon Child×Environment Model
ZHENG Qin-yi, HU Na, DING Xue-chen
Rejection sensitivity refers to anxiety expectation for rejection information. Individuals with higher level of rejection sensitivity are likely to overreact to rejection information. Previous studies emphasized cognitive and neural mechanism of rejection sensitivity but neglected its implications in social development. The primary goal of the present study is to generalize the predictors of the development of rejection sensitivity from the individual and environmental perspectives which is based on Person×Environment Model. The interactions between individual and environmental predictors are also discussed in the study. In future, intervention from individual and environmental perspectives for rejection sensitivity should be conducted and more longitudinal studies is needed to give a more comprehensive explanation for the mechanism behind rejection sensitivity. Finally, rejection sensitivity should be examined in Chinese context so that more evidence for cultural differences could be provided.
