A Literature Review and Prospects of Metacognition in the Field of Entrepreneurship
XUE XiangFang,GUO Han, Ali, Ahsan,ZHANG Qian,WU Di
Metacognition refers to an individual's awareness of their own cognitive processes, as well as the active monitoring and regulation of these processes. It is crucial for understanding how entrepreneurs think, develop and adjust their cognition in complex environments. However, there is currently a lack of systematic review on entrepreneurial metacognition. This paper reviews the relevant literature on metacognition in the field of entrepreneurship, summarizes the formation mechanism of metacognition of entrepreneurs and its impact on entrepreneurial results, and builds a research framework on entrepreneurial metacognition, revealed that entrepreneurial metacognition is influenced by contextual and trait, and impacts behavior, emotions, capabilities, decision-making, and entrepreneurial performance. Future research can further explore the concept and theoretical foundations of entrepreneurial metacognition, exploring its antecedents to better understand its role and value, and clarify the mechanisms and boundary conditions of entrepreneurial metacognition's impact on entrepreneurial outcomes, providing guidance for entrepreneurial practice; and improve related theories on entrepreneurial cognition and construct a theory of entrepreneurial metacognition within the Chinese context.

The Influence of Shared Leadership on Team’s Idea Novelty-- Evidence from an experimental study
JIE Yuan,ZHAN Xue-mei
Shared leadership is an emergent team property of mutual influence and shared responsibility among team members, whereby they lead each other toward goal achievement. In two series studies, the current research explored the influence of shared leadership on the team’s idea novelty. The research demonstrated that shared leadership facilitate team’s idea novelty through the mediation effect of transactive memory system, with the boundary condition of team goal orientation. The moderated mediation model was proved. The results contribute to our understanding of the internal mechanisms through which shared leadership facilitates team’s idea novelty. These findings also provide promising guidance to team and organizational innovation intervention.

Research and Prospect of Driving Muscle Fatigue and Intervention Technology
WENG Dongkai,BAI Jingyuan,LUO Xin,HUA Anke,WANG Jian
This paper reviews the research field of vehicle driving muscle fatigue with a focus on its physiological mechanism and intervention techniques. Driving muscle fatigue refers to the temporary decline of muscle contraction function caused by long-term continuous vehicle driving. It usually causes different degrees of discomfort and can threaten driving safety. Related to muscles in the neck, shoulder, waist, calf, and other body parts, the main causes of driving muscle fatigue include nerve control dysfunction, muscle metabolite accumulation, hip muscle tissue compression, increased pressure in the lumbar intervertebral disc, and blood flow obstruction in lower limbs. Interventions such as paring, seat heating, and seat massage can significantly mitigate driving muscle fatigue. Future research can explore the application of in vivo real-time detection technology.

A Review of Package Design Simplicity under the Background of Minimalism in Consumption
WANG Yan,HOU Hui-he,LI Rui-qin,ZHANG Xi-yue
Package design simplicity is one of the most prominent trends of the last decade. Package design simplicity refers to a design style in which the number of visible objects, level of detail, dissimilarity between those objects, and the asymmetry and irregularity are low. The research on the influence of package design simplicity on consumer behavior is rich, but lack of systematic review and summary. To fill this gap, this review is structured around the definition of package design simplicity, summarizes the impacts of package design simplicity on consumer behavior, their underlying mechanism and the theory foundations, and highlights future research directions for advancing the field's understanding of package design simplicity.

A Study on the Development of a Risk-taking Attitude Scale for Civil Aviation Pilots
WANG Lei,XIAN Yuan-yuan,CHE Dongyu,BAI Yu
To develop and validate the risk-taking attitude scale for civil aviation pilots. We constructed a derivative model of pilot's risk-taking attitude, and seven risk-taking attitudes were proposed: anti-authority, macho, over-confident, adventurous, impulsive, evasive, invulnerable. A preliminary questionnaire was developed. Factor analysis and reliability and validity tests were conducted on 295 initial pilots respectively. The results showed that the dimensions of the Initial Pilot Risk-Taking Attitude Scale (IPRTAS) consist of 12 items: evasive, anti-authority and impulsive. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well. The global scale and factors showed the internal consistency reliability from 0.69 to 0.84. Therefore, the IPRTAS had good reliability indicators, which lays the foundation for the study of the Pilot Risk-Taking Attitude Scale.

Parental meta-emotion philosophy affects preschool children’s emotions: The moderations of children’s temperament
AI Yi-ru,CHEN Zhi-yan, SONG Xiao-ming,LUO Fang, WANG Xing
Children’s school adaptation is a focal problem for parents, in which emotional adaptation and regulation are particularly important. To explore the influence of parents’ meta-emotional philosophy and children’s temperament on preschool children’s emotions, the questionnaire was adopted and preschool children aged 3~7 and their parents were selected as participants. Parents reported questionnaires. One-way analysis of variance, multivariate analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis were used. Results: (1) Parental emotion-dismissing negatively predicted children’s anger regulation; (2) Parental emotion-coaching positively affected the anger regulation of children with low negative temperament, and parental emotion-disapproving negatively affected the anger regulation of children with high control temperament. It showed that parents should adopt different parenting styles for children with different temperament.

Relationship Between Childhood Trauma and Non-Suicidal Self-Injury in College Students: The Role of Expressive Suppression and Reward Sensitivity
SUN Chen-zhe,YANG Ling,WU Yong-yong, MA Peng-fei, YANG Li-na, LI Qian-qian,CAO Hua
Based on the integrated theoretical model of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), a total of 675 college students were surveyed to explore the effect of childhood trauma on NSSI, the mediating effect of expression suppression and the moderating effect of reward sensitivity. Results showed that childhood trauma could not only predict NSSI directly, but also indirect positively predict NSSI via expression suppression. Different components of reward sensitivity played moderating roles in the mediation model, reward response impaired the direct positive effect of childhood trauma on NSSI and the positive effect of expression suppression on NSS, reward pleasure seeking strengthened the positive effect of expression suppression on NSSI.

The Role of Reentry in the Primary Visual Cortex During Cognitive Processing
ZHU Zhouheng,ZHOU Qihang,ZHANG Xinyu,GAO Zaifeng
Information processing in primary visual cortex (V1) is at the core of visual system research, and traditional studies have largely focused on feedforward projection. However, feedforward mechanisms alone cannot fully account for neural activity within V1. Recent studies indicate that reentry from higher cortical areas plays a critical role in modulating V1 function. This review examines the technological advancements in studying reentry from higher cortical regions. Furthermore, it summarizes the core roles of reentry in a variety of cognitive processing, including visual attention, mental imagery and working memory. Drawing on this body of evidence, we discuss the opportunities and challenges that reentry within V1 presents for advancing our understanding of human cognitive processing.
