387 Factors and Theoretical Explanation of Digital Exclusion for Older Adults
YANG Xiao-li,JU Gao-le
Digital exclusion refers to the feeling of exclusion caused by the overall level of digitalization in the surrounding environment continues to improve, forcing people to use digital technologies such as the Internet. At this time, elderly people lack the ability to enjoy the convenience brought by digital technology, and even affect their normal lives. This article summarizes the impact of objective and subjective factors on digital exclusion of older adults and relevant suggestions. The theory of competence-environment press theory, relative deprivation theory and diffusion of innovations theory provide theoretical basis for the explanation of digital exclusion. Future research is expected to give more attention to the impact of differences in digital levels within the elderly population, the subjective willingness of the elderly population to use digital technology, and their motivation to use the internet on their sense of digital exclusion, and their motivation for using digital technology on their sense of digital exclusion, to enrich the research results in the field of digital exclusion for the elderly.

400 The Neural Signs of Advantageous- and Disadvantageous-inequality Experience Affecting Cooperative Behavior
SUN Qian,Ma Su-lan,Liu Yang,Liu Yong-fang
Previous studies have mainly explored the weakening effect of disadvantageous inequality on cooperation, while the role of advantageous inequality remains unclear. In the present work, a dyadic interaction scenario was created, and 32 participants were randomly presented with advantageous-unequal-, disadvantageous-unequal-, and equal distributions. Their cooperative behavior was measured in a subsequent chicken game, while their brain activity was recorded using electroencephalography (EEG). The results demonstrated that, compared with equal distribution, both advantageous- and disadvantageous-unequal distributions weaken cooperation, and the weakening effect of advantageous-unequal distribution was relatively smaller. The pattern of behavioral differences aligned with the patterns observed in the neural signs (FRN & P300). The present study fills a gap in existing research and sheds light on how to understand the relationship between fairness-related experience and subsequent cooperation.

409 Enhancing Workplace Well-Being Among New Generation Employees through an Inclusive Climate: The Role of Career Growth and Self-Control
FANG Yang-chun,LIU Yong-hua,MA Jian-hong
The desire for happiness among new generation employees is increasing, making enhancing employee workplace well-being a pressing concern in politics, business, and academia. Inclusiveness is a cornerstone of Chinese civilization, and previous research has shown that creating an inclusive climate within an organization has numerous benefits. However, there is a lack of thorough exploration of how an inclusive climate impacts employee workplace well-being. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of employee perceived inclusive climate on workplace well-being using the Job Demands-Resources model and Self-Control theory. The study also analyzes the mediating role of career growth and the moderating role of self-control. Data was collected from 327 employees through a questionnaire at different times for analysis. The results indicate that employee perceived inclusive climate has a significantly positive impact on both workplace well-being and career growth. Furthermore, career growth mediates the relationship between perceived inclusive climate and workplace well-being, while self-control moderates the relationship between perceived inclusive climate and career growth. This study provides valuable insights for organizational management practices seeking to cultivate an inclusive climate and enhance employee workplace well-being, building upon existing research on perceived inclusive climate and workplace well-being.

418 The Promotion of Sibling Relationship and #br# its Construction of Intervention Model
Yu Yue,Wang Yu, Wang Guo-fang
Sibling relationship is the longest lasting social relationship caused by physical interaction and verbal communication. With the implementation of universal two-child and three-child policies, families with two or more children will become the mainstream organization of family in future. Recently, the conflicts between siblings contribute to family disputes and social contradictions, which is nothing new. Therefore, it is necessary to promote sibling relationship for the harmonious coexistence between siblings, social development level of children as well as adolescents and family well-being. Based on family system theory, ecological systems theory and social-ecology model, we review the current studies including sibling system, parent-child system, marriage system, peer system, community and social system. And eventually we propose the intervention path taking individual, relationship, community and society level as the starting point, and establish the intervention model with the characteristics of all-around, wide-ranging and multi-level. In addition, we expect to provide an applicable, constructive and comprehensive guiding framework for the gradual transition of population policy in China, so as to promote the healthy development of siblings, enhance the happiness of family and community, and build a harmonious society.

429 Social Action in Autism Spectrum Disorders: A Predictive Processing Perspective
HE Jian-qing,LIU Tong-wei,BAO Chen-ye,CHEN Wei
Individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) show distinct social interaction characteristics. Two aspects can be analyzed based on the perspective of predictive processing: namely action preparation and execution. During the action preparation stage, insufficient preparation of social actions is observed in individuals with ASD. During the action execution stage, poor coordination arises due to the inadequate connection between their perception and action. At the Bayesian brain level, individuals with ASD present abnormalities in motor-related brain areas, and they suffer from impaired remote neural connections as well as excessive short-range connections. Future research should add cross-sectional comparisons with schizophrenia under a predictive processing perspective, incorporate virtual reality technology, and develop interventions that promote social interaction in ASD.

442 Risks and Recommendations of Problematic Internet-Related Behaviors among Chinese Adolescents in The Post-Pandemic Era
XIE Dong-jie,SU Yan-jie,XIE Ai-wu,WANG Yi-yi
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic has approached its end, the negative impact of pandemic-related experiences on the long-term psychological development of adolescents does not wane. The meta-analysis results showed that the detection rate of problematic Internet-related behaviors (Internet addiction, smartphone addiction) among Chinese adolescents during the pandemic period was 30.90% (95%CI [24.40%, 37.40%]). In the post-pandemic era, the risks of problematic Internet-related behaviors that Chinese adolescents are faced with should not be neglected. The ecological systems theory can be used as a reference to deal with the risks of problematic Internet-related behaviors from the individual, microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem and chronosystem levels, which can provide some inspiration and reference for relevant scientific researchers, policymakers, and practitioners.

457 The Computational Models and Neural Mechanisms of the Speed-Accuracy Trade-Off
Ming Qian-guo,Kang Yin-shi,Xiu Xi-wang
The speed-accuracy trade-off is a common phenomenon in decision-making and action control, where humans and animals often need to balance between ensuring accuracy and speeding up their response. Computational modeling has become a cornerstone in research dedicated to elucidating this phenomenon. This article offers a comprehensive review of quintessential sequential sampling models, including the drift-diffusion model and urgency signal models, which have been instrumental in interpreting the speed-accuracy trade-off. Furthermore, we encapsulate findings from neural imaging studies that delve into this trade-off. Future research should focus on examining the influence of contextual factors on decision strategies in speed-accuracy trade-off, investigating their relationship with personality traits and other cognitive functions, and refining the link between neural mechanisms and computational models of the speed-accuracy trade-off.

470 The processing bas and neural mechanism of emotional verbal information in individuals with depressive tendencies
SUI Xue,ZHOU Yan-jia, LI Yu-tong
Depressive tendencies are a subclinical state of depression. Individuals with depressive tendencies have a consistent negative cognitive bias in processing emotional verbal information, which is manifested by longer attention to negative information, reduced allocation of attention to positive information, and easier interpretation of neutral information as negative information. The main reason for this is the impaired inhibitory control and emotion regulation of depressive tendency individuals. Future research should investigate the differences between processing emotional words, utterances, and discourse in depressively inclined individuals and improve their theoretical explanations to explore the neural mechanisms underlying the processing bias toward emotional verbal information in depressively inclined individuals.
